- £5/Square metre for typical clean.
- £5.50/square metre for cleaning and sanding.
- Price would increase for patio/driveway in extremely poor condition that would require a much longer job time and clean up.
- Price would increase for a heavily stained patio/driveway that would require a large increase in chemical use and job time. For example oil spills, concrete and grout and rust stains etc.
