How Much Do We Charge?
- Minimum price of £800 for a full house.
- £10/Square Metre Plus mobile scaffold tower hire. This covers everything. Full roof clean, post clean biocide treatment, gutters cleared, gutters, soffits and fascia cleaned, full clean up and windows cleaned.
- The only increase would be if the roof is in an extremely poor condition that would require us to scrape moss off before clean – which is extremely rare.
- How do you clean roofs? We use a low pressure rotary flat surface cleaner attached to an converted extension pole from the safety of a scaffold. We then apply a biocide post treatment to prevent regrowth and kill any remaining living organisms on the roof.
- How often do I need to get my roof cleaned? After a full roof clean we provide an aftercare biocide treatment plan to prevent the return of moss and algae.
- Can cleaning damage my roof? If not done correctly, like with anything it can cause damage. We do all our work from a scaffold and using a low pressure cleaning method to prevent damage.
